THE IDEA
Searching for a better candle burning experience is what started is all for the founders of St. Jude Candle Company. It seemed that the images, wax colors and overall performance of the modern devotional candle had become flat and uninspiring.
Out of desire for a beautiful new novena light, St. Jude Candle Company was born. Founded in Houston, Texas in 2007, SJCC set out to create beautiful candles and infuse the devotional candle industry with new, vibrant energy.

SJCC has quickly grown from servicing local grocery store chains to employing a nationwide network of distribution. From small family run outlets to national retailers, our candles can be enjoyed coast to coast. We are proud to create heart warming products crafted here in the United States, and work with the industry's best artisans and suppliers.
